WHAT THEY SAID
"Quimixto is the kind of place you don't expect to find anymore — a sweet, unhurried little town that feels genuinely itself. And Casa Corazon fits right in. We spent only one night there (2 days in Quimixto but only 1 overnight glamping) and left wishing we'd booked more. The tents are far more spacious than you'd imagine, with beds so comfortable I actually slept deeply — something I rarely do away from home.
The whole place has a quality that's hard to name: tranquil without being sleepy, social without being forced. Dinner was simple and delicious. And the setting made everything better: twinkly lights through the trees, locals drifting in and joining the conversation, the occasional iguana making a silent, dignified appearance.
It felt magical in the truest sense — not manufactured magic, but the kind that just happens when a place is right. The staff struck exactly the note you hope for: attentive when you needed something, invisible when you didn't. If you're anywhere near Banderas Bay and you haven't made the trip to Quimixto — and to Casa Corazon — you're missing something special. I can't recommend it highly enough."

"An incredible glamping experience at Casa Corazón in Quimixto, Mexico. A small, authentic town just south of Puerto Vallarta where we avoided the throngs of tourists. But hurry — it will soon be discovered. It was my first time glamping and I was impressed! The tents were large and comfortable, with king sized beds, electricity, shared bathrooms, and a shower. There's also a large common area with a café serving food and drinks all day. And the staff at Casa Corazón was amazing! Very friendly and made the whole place feel even more welcoming.
We did the easy hike up to the waterfall, where we had a drink, a snack, and went for a swim (You can also get to the falls via horseback, or quad). After that, we were back relaxing at the beach — cold Pacifico’s and tacos de camarones. That was about it for our short trip. But like I said – small. As far as I’m concerned, it doesn't get much better. Quimixto is a cool little town and Casa Corazón glamping was fantastic. I'd go back without hesitation."

"What a great little gem! We stopped by for dinner and had the fried chicken and hibiscus and ginger water. It was just what we needed. The owners were awesome and Cooper their dog was a delight. The ambiance was tranquil and comfortable. You must make a stop here and see for yourself."
